Amazing experience! I came in with a toothache as a walk-in and the team was so helpful. Amy was very friendly, and Dr. Lam was gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly. I felt very comfortable. I’m going back for another appointment and would definitely recommend this clinic.

As a person with anxiety and very bad past experiences with dentist, this clinic has made me feel the most seen, heard, and respected. I’m not forced to do anything out my comfort zone. My feelings are understood and heard and I am given the most comfortable and reasonable choices that still provide the treatment my teeth need. Been coming here for almost 2 years and I don’t regret the switch. Dr. Lam and his team are well organized and have an amazing energy towards their patients! Would highly recommend!!!

Top doctor with an amazing team! I went in with tooth pain, and they quickly did an X-ray, explained everything clearly, and fixed my tooth. Super friendly, professional, and one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to.

First of all I would like to say that in my past I have had 11 different dentists. This has to be my best experience yet. This is the one of few dentists in the area that provides 3D scanning for mouth guards. Folks this is a game changer! You will also get a mold of your teeth. The office is situated on the third floor in building that is on the corner of a major intersection. There is ample parking and it’s free. You walk in straight and will the see the elevator and go to the third floor to the right. Inside you will be greeted by a sweet receptionist who is very professional and on top of things. Dr. Edgar Lam has well trained staff. The background music definitely makes it feel fun. The office is bright as it has lots of windows. The staff are very professional and polite. Dr. Lam himself is very personable and funny. He definitely cares for the patients. He personally taught me how to floss. I have never had a dentist explain to me how to properly floss. You can tell he really cares for his patients. It’s the little things that matter. He spent ample enough time explaining why certain things are. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent bed side manners. For people who like reminders, you will be provided with a text message reminder and email. Furthermore the receptionist will call to confirm, which is really helpful. The equipment is up to date based on dental standards. The whole experience was like going to a spa. The staff were very happy and cheerful. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a new dentist to give Dr. Edgar Lam an opportunity. Please see my video to see how to get to the office.
